WHAT A YEAR!
2025 has been a defining year for Tenthouse Structures - one of expansion, innovation, and consolidation. We’ve broadened our strategic partnerships, evolved our turnkey modular solutions, entered new markets, strengthened our teams, advanced our technologies, and refined how we execute projects worldwide.
Our legacy business, the design, engineering, supply, and installation of bespoke luxury roof structures with canvas-enclosed finishes, continues to thrive. From the Four Seasons in Northern Thailand to Mombo Sanctuary Spa in Botswana and the Baja Adventures Beach Club in Mexico, our global footprint has grown both in scale and sophistication.
This year, we achieved more than double our prior growth through the successful rollout of numerous turnkey modular resorts. By integrating master planning, architecture, interiors, and delivery, we’ve enabled our clients to achieve faster ROI while eliminating value engineering conflicts and site cost creep.
COMPLETED/IN PROGRESS PROJECTS

Central to this success has been the launch of three product ranges. Expeditions, Voyager, and T2 Modular each tailored to distinct market segments and environments, from adventure to luxury, desert to coastal to savannah. We also secured worldwide patents for our T2 AERFRAME system, marking a significant milestone in our technological journey.
With Keith Sullivan now leading our USA–LATAM operations, Tenthouse is positioned to deliver landmark projects across Costa Rica, Mexico, the Hudson Valley, and Sedona, deepening our presence in key growth regions.
Our new strategic partnership with the Rodavento (hospitality) Group in Mexico will deliver luxury private and branded residential solutions to the Mexican market and create opportunities for THS to expand its hotel property investment portfolio.
Looking Ahead to 2026
The year ahead will be one of scaling both reach and capability. We anticipate delivering projects across five continents and twelve countries, extending our integrated design-build expertise into new climates and contexts.
Our 2026 development agenda includes the implementation of both high-performance softwall systems and code-compliant hardshell structures for sub-zero climates in the USA and Europe. These innovations will leverage our lightweight structural and thin-envelope thermal-acoustic technologies, achieving high load resistance with superior comfort and minimal energy demand.
Tenthouse will continue to push the boundaries of eco-engineering, materials innovation, and nature-based architecture, deepening our leadership in sustainable, high-performance design.
We will also launch the THS Training Academy, fostering certified local expertise with our strategic partners around the world. Concurrently, we will optimize operations — from design and engineering through to production and site services — with evolving ERP systems, modular intelligence, and AI-driven project management overlays.

A substantial investment in our core manufacturing capacity, including tent fabrication, metalwork, and millwork, will strengthen our home-based production ecosystem. Regionally, we’re building out a global supply chain network to deliver quality and consistency at scale.
Our engineering division will expand its focus on structural and tensile design, mechanical analysis, and lightweight building science. Our architecture teams will grow to include specialized resort, residential, and interior design leads supported by a robust technical team.
Product innovation through THS TechLab will continue to drive R&D, advancing new natural insulation materials, hurricane-ready systems, and adaptive product designs. We also look forward to building our new Cape Town showroom, providing a dynamic space for collaboration and design exploration.
Impact - Made Better Together Foundation
2025 has also been a remarkable year for the Made Better Together Foundation, a quiet but powerful reminder of what purpose-driven work can achieve. Under Joni’s inspired leadership, the Foundation has grown its reach, deepened its partnerships, and continued to embody the values that guide Tenthouse Structures. Download the 2025 IMPACT REPORT

The WILD HEARTS initiative in particular captures the spirit of our mission — designing and building not only for performance but for long-term, positive impact. As Tenthouse continues to shape the built environment, our Foundation reminds us that legacy is not only in what we construct, but in the communities we nurture, the children we inspire, and the natural worlds we help protect. Thank you, Joni, for leading with conviction and compassion.
And thank you to everyone across our teams and our partners who have made this journey possible. Together, we are proving that building better begins with being better — made better, together.
Have a wonderful Xmas break and see you in the New Year, and I hope to see you in Thailand at the Eco Resort Network 2026 event.
Safe Travels
