UNIQUE CUSTOM CANOPIES

SITE LOCATION: Moab, USA

Drawn from the meaning of the Latin word for ‘looking-glass, ULUM (pronounced OOH-LOOM) seeks to reflect the splendour of the surroundings to provide guests with an unforgettable experience rooted in the outdoors and filled with adventure.

SCOPE OF WORK

Textile Architecture & Engineering

Tenthouse Structures design-engineered, supplied and installed the signature canopies for the ULUM, Moab main areas.

Collaborating with Under Canvas and DTJ Design, we developed organic forms that intuitively compliment the natural elements that surround the property. Inspired by the breath-taking vistas the 3 statement canopies were designed to soften the lines between inside and outside, providing guests with unobstructed views of the surrounds whilst they unwind in the outdoor dipping pools, lounge areas and at the community fire pits.
