SCOPE OF WORK
Expedition Camps Pre-Design: Textile Architecture & Engineering
Tenthouse Structures supplied and installed three single suites, one family suite, and a lounge/dining combined unit from our pre-designed Expedition Camps range.
The three luxurious single-tented suites (Mara Sanctuary | Grasslands Sanctuary | Kopje Sanctuary) provide complete privacy and offer spacious comfort, giving guests a serene sanctuary to relax and unwind when not out exploring the wonders of nature.
The family suite (Savanna Sanctuary) has two separate bedrooms and a central private lounge and dining area that provides additional communal living space to be enjoyed by families or friends traveling together.
Our combined lounge/dining unit, boasting two separate tent areas, offers guests an oasis to enjoy a meal and relax with a view of the Serengeti plains.
Each precision-engineered, low-impact unit includes a tensile roof membrane supported by timber masts and stealth fiber rigging system, a lightweight structural frame, a robust canvas tent body with heat shield canopy, built in glass-fiber mesh windows and doors, YKK zipper canvas doors and canvas blinds.
